New Year 2026 Masses

New Years Day is not a holy day of obligation but some like to start the year with Mass, and it is the Solemnity of Mary, the Holy Mother of God. Therefore, there will be a midnight Mass at the very start of 2026 in St Joseph’s Church, Kinvara, i.e. the midnight after 31st December and before 1st January. Masses on the day, Thursday 1st January 2026 will be at 10am in St Joseph’s, Kinvara and 12 noon in Ballinderreen Church.
