Youth 2000 Ireland invites all young adults aged 16-35 to a Catholic weekend retreat taking place from 6th-8th March at Galway Community College, Moneenageisha, Galway City. This will be an exciting weekend attracting over 100 young people from all over the country.

What to expect? Good craic, excellent speakers, inspiring talks and workshops, prayer, great music, group activities, Youth Masses, Adoration, a Healing Service, games, lots of time to chill out, meet new people and a reluctance to go home!! The weekend is being organised by young people for young people. Parental consent is essential for all those under 18. All meals are provided and accommodation is on site! Don’t let money be an obstacle; just bring any donation and a sleeping bag. Newcomers very welcome!

The 9th Joseph Browne Spring School of Traditional Music will take place in Kinvara from Thursday 19th to Sat 21st Feb 2015. A benefit concert for the Spring School will take place on Friday Night 20th of February in KAM’s ‘Gig Room’ in Kinvara Community Centre. Doors open at 8pm for 8.30pm with admission Adults €10 Children €5.

Kinvara GAA Juvenile Club

Kinvara GAA Juvenile Club registration day is on at the pitch from 12.00pm to 1.30pm this Sunday the 14th of February. Club gear will be distributed to all members registering on the day. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
