Last Sunday’s Collection

€1,746.60 A sincere ‘Thank you’ for your generosity and support. All the money collected in the weekend collections goes towards the maintenance and upkeep our Parish and Churches.

The Collection at the Mass in Mount Cross Cemetery on Fri. Aug 24th amounted to 1033.50. and is greatly appreciated for the ongoing maintenance of the Cemetery.

Eucharistic Adoration

The Adoration Committee of Galway Diocese is developing it’s Diocesan Team. Information meeting in the Cumasu Centre (beside the Good Shepherd Church) Doughiska Rd. Sat. 12th Sept. 11am. Refreshments served. See poster in Church for further details
Eucharistic Adoration resumes at St. Joseph’s On Thurs. 3rd Sept. 15.

Arthritis Ireland

Galway Branch, resumes its activities the first week in September. Those interested in walking (all standards are catered for) will be most welcome to join either of our two groups at The Leisure Centre, Brothers of Charity, Clarinbridge beginning on Tue. 1st Sept. or at The Connacht Hotel, Renmore Road, beginning on Sat. 5th Sept. .Both groups meet at 11.00.

Back to School

We wish all our Children returning to School this week the very best of luck, especially those starting School!

Toddie Byrne Bursary
