The Parish Office is now closed for the Christmas break and will re-open on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 9.30am. We thank Orla Vesey, the Parish Secretary for all her great work and kindness to parishioners during the year and wish her and family a very happy Christmas.

There will not be 9.15am morning Mass on Wednesday 24th December 2025 in Ballinderreen Church. See Christmas Mass times post for the Mass times at Christmas.

The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception is on this Monday 8^th December 2025. It is a Holy Day of obligation.

Mass times:

10 am in St Joseph’s Church, Kinvara;

12 noon in St Colman’s Church, Kinvara

7pm in St. Colman’s Church, Ballinderreen.

Parish Christmas cards are now available in the porches of Ballinderreen Church and St Joseph’s Church, Kinvara. €3 per card. Please place the money in one of the brown envelopes and put it in the letterbox of the Parish Office in Ballinderreen or the Parochial House in Kinvara. (Please don’t use the white envelopes for the money or we will not have enough envelopes for the cards!) Nine Masses will be offered during the Christmas period for those to whom the cards are sent. The proceeds all go towards the upkeep of the Churches and the mission of the parishes.
