It is a chance to help those who are in need at Christmas time and afterwards. SVP, with its sense of community, is in a good position to know who needs these donations, and can provide them in a discreet way. If you wish to give food items to this collection, please place them in the box provided near the crib in St Colman’s Church, Ballinderreen.

Parish Christmas cards now available

Parish Christmas Cards are now available in the porches of St Joseph’s Church, Kinvara, and St Colman’s Church, Ballinderreen. €3 each. A Novena of Masses will be offered during the Christmas season for those to whom they are sent. The proceeds will go towards the upkeep of the Churches and the mission of the parishes.
As the honesty system worked well for the past two years, we will use it again this year. Please put the money in the brown envelopes provided, and, for Kinvara, put them in the letterbox of the presbytery, and for Ballinderreen, put them in the letterbox of the Parish Office. Please don’t use the white envelopes of the cards for the money or there won’t be enough envelopes for the cards!
